The property is exclusively used for vacation rentals
and it is available year round.
RENTAL RATES:
Sep. 1 to Dec. 31: $795 p/wk
Jan. 1 to Jan. 31: $1,099 p/wk
Feb. 1 to Apr. 30: $1,350 p/wk
May 1 to Aug. 31: $950 p/wk
Add: $85 departure cleaning fee + 12% tax.
$300 Non-refundable deposit is required at the time of
reservation.
Minimum three day stay is required. Also, minimum age
requirement is 25 years old.
FORM OF PAYMENTS:
Visa, Master card, cashier checks & cash.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Smoking and drugs are prohibited.
Pets and birds are not allowed.
Renters and their guests must observe association rules
and regulations.
